1. When ordering refills online, products come in pre-determined units (16oz and/or 32oz), to allow for a fixed price upon check out. You can order as many units as you need to refill your desired dispensing vessel. Your refill will come in various reusable containers for delivery. Nothing special, spaghetti sauce jars, mason jars, olive oil bottles etc, all have been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. Once you receive your refills, please transfer them to your vessel as I need the the containers to use for subsequent deliveries.
2. Delivery day is Wednesday. All orders placed before 5pm on Tuesday will be delivered on that Wednesday, whereas orders placed after 5pm on Tuesday will be delivered the following Wednesday. Please disregard delivery dates on the check out form and confirmation emails. All deliveries are on Wednesday. Special arrangements can be made if needed.
3. Delivery radius. I don't really have a delivery radius. I will deliver anywhere in the Portland Metro area an SW Washington. I have an electric car so I'm ok with driving a bit. That being said, if you live outside of N, NE or SE Portland it would be great if you could encourage other neighbors to try refilling, so that I can deliver multiple orders in one trip. If you all end up starting refill habits, we can arrange a regular delivery date to get you your refills.
4. Please leave the reusable jars and canvas tote out for pick up on the next Wednesday after delivery. I will send you a reminder email the Tuesday before. I'm sorry for the minor inconvenience, however I need the jars and totes for subsequent deliveries. Special arrangements can be made if needed.
5. Online orders can also be picked up at Null Refillery when you choose "pick up" on the check out page. Your order will generally be ready after 3 business days. I will send an email when pick up is ready.
