1. When ordering refills for west side delivery, order online. Products come in pre-determined units (16oz and/or 32oz), to allow for a fixed price upon check out.  You can order as many units as you need to refill your desired dispensing vessel. Your refill will come in various reusable containers for delivery.  Nothing special, spaghetti sauce jars, mason jars, olive oil bottles etc, all have been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. Once you receive your refills, please transfer them to your vessel using the included compostable funnel, as I need the the containers to use for subsequent refilling. 

2. Please check "Local Delivery" at check out, enter your address and any delivery specifics you would like me to heed. All deliveries are on Wednesdays. Special arrangements can be made if needed. All orders placed before 5pm on Tuesday will be delivered on that Wednesday, whereas orders placed after 5pm on Tuesday will be available for pick up the following Wednesday. Please disregard delivery dates on the check out form and confirmation emails.

3. Reusable jars and canvas totes can be returned when I deliver your next refill, or if I have susequent delivery on the west side I will email you the Tuesday before so you can set them out for me. I reuse these items, so really need them returned for further refilling.
